The above mentioned is sold with the following terms:
1. Health and Satisfaction Warranty: Puppies are son on a 3 (business) day satisfaction guarantee period. During this time
the pup must be examined by your veterinarian for a clean bill of health. If for some reason, your pup does not receive a
clean bill of health or you are not completely satisfied, you will receive a full refund or if a replacement puppy is a available
it will be offered to you.
2. If your veterinarian determines that your dog has an inherited defect or abnormality, send us a letter signed by your vet
indicating the nature of the problem and stating that in the vet's opinion this problem seriously affects the quality of the dogs
life and otherwise prevent the dog from being an acceptable pet or companion.
To qualify for a refund of the purchase price, or a replacement puppy if preferred and available, and at the
discretion of FORBIDDEN'S one of the following conditions must be met.
1. The dog must be humanely euthanized by your vet and a letter from that vet stating that this has been
done should be send to me.
2. The dog's registration certificate must be returned to me, signed on the back returning ownership to me.
If you have not already done so, the dog must be spayed or neutered and a certificate from your vet stating
that this has been done and sent to me. The dog itself does not need to be returned to us.
3. Buyer agrees not to breed this animal unless the following conditions are met:
4. Buyer will inform the breeder of any change of address and agrees to respond to any reasonable requests for information
on the dog. If, at any time during your dogs life, you have questions concerning health, training, etc., please feel free to
contact me.
5. If at any time during your dogs life, you are unable or unwilling to continue to care for it for any reason (even if it has
whelped or sired a litter) the dog must be returned to Forbidden Aussies -- there will be no refund under these
circumstances.
6. Puppies bought on a co-ownership are obligate to the following conditions:
a. Your dog will be co-owned with FORBIDDEN's prefix and the name of Ann Grenier on your NSDR / ASDR
MASCA / NAMASCUSA registraion as co-owner.
PURCHASER'S RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide your Forbidden dog with a loving home where the human hand is always the deliverer of pleasant
experiences.
To never use harsh training or discipline methods such as hitting, slapping, or frightening the dog.
To provide your Forbidden dog with professional care, to keep its shots current, to have it examined at least once (1)
a year by a licensed vet.
Never use a "tie-out" method of confinement.
THE ABOVE MENTIONED TERMS ARE AGREED UPON BY BOTH PARTNERS TO ASSURE THE WELL BEING ANDPROTECTIONOF THE BREED AND THIS MINIATURE AUSTRALIAN SHEPHERD.

| Dog must have OFA certificate | |
| Dog possesses no apparent disqualifying faults according to the current standard for Miniature Australian Shepherds. |
